    Great Bag - Super Customer Service

    I recently purchased the Gunner Waxed Briefcase in olive. The bag is sturdy but I had a similar issue with the straps loosening. If you're over 6 ft this won't be a problem for you. I emailed support and they shipped me a new strap (the strap is actually a little shorter) and it works perfectly now.

    Incredible customer support and great bag overall.

    Disappointing - Zip clasps keep breaking

    I live in the UK and was really keen to get the Gunner Waxed Briefcase. I had to pay nearly $100 in all the get it here with shipping and taxes and waited over two weeks only to find that when it did arrive the main zip clasp had come off the bag.

    I contacted Navali and they were very sympathetic and sent me over some replacements (mainly as I couldn't get it back to them being overseas) but since then I've had another two break off the bag!

    It's a lovely bag and the materials are top notch. It does everything I could want and looks/feels great but the zippers are just not up to standard for the price and it has put me off buying anything else.

    Good bag, small issue

    Bag looks great and is functional. I've had a couple of people comment on how good it looks. I researched several bags before buying this one and I'm happy with the purchase. The zipper pull broke after about a month, but I contacted them and they sent me a replacement and I haven't had any issues since (it's been about 4 months now). The only issue I have is the shoulder strap loosens very easily, which makes the bag lower than I would like. I have to constantly shorten the strap so the bag stays up higher.

    Disappointing! - Zipper clasp broken on arrival!

    Was extremely excited to get this bag. Everything about the Gunner seemed great from the style, to the size, materials, and the price! However, upon opening the package i found that one of the zipper handles (side with two pockets; one on the right) was broken..

    I read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing this bag and thought it was going to be a great purchase. I'm hoping this is a one in a million mistake, but i guess we'll see. Please let me know how i can get the bag back to Navali.

    Best product on the market for the price

    I needed to purchase a laptop bag when my new company issued me a laptop instead of a desktop. After hsoping tons of sites for a decent looking bag I could use everyday in NYC, I found Navali and they defnitely had the best product at the lowest cost. I will us again should I need a bag in the future.
