All of our products have a one year warranty which covers any Navali product that has defects which cause damage outside of normal everyday use. Please note: purchases made before Sept. 1, 2015 are grandfathered into the previous lifetime warranty. Damaged leather Mainstays do not include a warranty. 

We want your Navali bag to be your companion through all your adventures big or small, and if the bag cannot be repaired, our staff is on deck and ready to replace or exchange it at no charge to you. If the product is no longer available, we will either credit your purchase or offer you a substitution bag as replacement.
